Star Parker Campaign Releases Creative Radio Ads

The Star Parker campaign today released a series of parody advertisements on news talk radio stations in the Los Angeles area.

Each radio spot highlights Rep. Laura Richardson’s continued tax and spending policies.
Star Parker is challenging Democrat Rep. Laura Richardson to represent California’s 37th Congressional District, which encompasses Long Beach, Signal Hill, Carson, Compton, and parts of Los Angeles.

All indicators point to a very close race in this once "safe" Democrat district. Star’s campaign has built momentum in the district, rallying Republicans, decline-to-states, and many Democrats. Outspending Richardson 2 to 1, Star has dominated local cable television, print advertisements and is utilizing radio in a final push to become the first black conservative to unseat a member of the Congressional Black Caucus.
